breathe

breathe

We start life on an inhale and end it on an exhale.

Between those two moments, breathing sets the tone and rhythm for every single second of our time on Earth.

For millennia, in cultures from all corners of our planet, breathing has been used as a tool with which to bridge mental and physical health, outlining different practices which allow us to regain the territories of our minds and bodies often lost to anxiety and stress.

Every breath is a grounding instance, every inhalation is in the now. By paying attention to our breath, we become more attuned to the present moment, heightening our awareness and deepening our connection with ourselves. Through conscious breathwork, we have the power to calm our racing thoughts, alleviate stress, and tap into our unconscious mind, unlocking its potential for self-discovery and personal growth.

Personally, breathing has been the gateway to all wellness pursuits – physical, emotional and spiritual. Breathwork is a neuroscientific tool with which to regain what we have lost, to release what is burdening us, and reacquaint us with our own mind and body through an intentional practice.

Breathwork is an ongoing practice which allows us to build a home within ourselves time and time again.
